At the conclusion of the 2022-2023 school year – and after 24 years of serving families and children in the community and congregation – St. Andrew’s Preschool will be closing. Already this year we did not have enough 3-year olds enrolled to continue the Tuesday/Thursday class. And, while we are licensed for 16 students, we only have 9 in the Monday/Wednesday/Friday class. For families inquiring about next year, you now have time to consider other options for your child(ren).

Wanting to serve a real need in the community and congregation, St. Andrew’s began operating a preschool in 1998, and has had a Preschool ever since then. Special attention is given to teaching Christian values, although all people are welcome. Stories, songs, a
nd other activities focus on love, caring, sharing, respect, trust, self-esteem and helping others.

Additional activities might include special guests, science experiences, field trips, puppets, service projects, cooking and Christian celebrations.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday Group This group is for children who are 4 years old by September 1 of the enrollment year and will be eligible for Kindergarten the following year. Special attention is given to Kindergarten readiness skills. Maximum group size is 16 children. Kelly Olsen is Lead Teacher.
