David N. Anderson, Senior Pastor
Pastor Dave began his ministry at St. Andrew’s in April of 2014. Prior to that time, he served congregations in Deerwood MN and West Bend WI. David is a graduate of Grand Rapids High School, Gustavus Adolphus College, and Luther Seminary. The sign on his office door says “Equipment Manager,” which he believes is the biblical job description for pastors (c.f. Ephesians 4:12) He and his wife, Gayle, have two adult children – Jake and Katie.

Nikki Rud, Director of Children, Youth and Family Ministries
Nikki joined St. Andrew’s staff in August of 2018. Nikki is originally from Southwest Missouri and but has lived with her family in Grand Rapids since early 2000. Nikki and her husband, Chris, have three children – Madison, age 24 (married to Patrick Sprague and living in Grand Forks, ND), Isaac, age 20, and Catherine, age 18.
Jan Bilden, Organist Jan grew up in a small Norwegian Lutheran town in the Red River Valley of North Dakota. It was tradition that a succession of high school students served as the church organist and so she began organ lessons as an 8th grader and took the bench in tenth grade. Jan attended Concordia College (Moorhead) and though not a music major, took organ lessons, performed in a number of recitals and developed a great appreciation and love of organ music. Since that time, she has continued her education with a number of instructors and with a few gaps, has been a church organist for most of those years, including at St. Michaels Catholic Church (Stillwater), Our Saviors Lutheran (Fairfax MN), Central Lutheran (rural Fairfax) and has been at St. Andrew’s since 1994. One of her goals is to provide the best music possible for our worship and she is enjoying the Hendrickson pipe organ which was dedicated in 2004.
